    5 bench press 205/125

3. 3 rounds
    8 squat snatch 155/105
    16 toes to bar
    then finish with 40 yard sled push as heavy as possible

4. 5 muscle ups on the minute for as long as you can go

5. Row 1k
    10 parallette hspu as deep as you can handle
