August 3

1. Deadlift 3 sets of 4
    Bench Press 3 sets of 4

2. Max reps Clean to Overhead 155/105 touch and go reps, bar can rest overhead or in front rack.
    Full recovery rest then repeat.

3. 3 rnds
    30 ghd sit ups
    60 double unders

4. 200 air squats for time

5. 100 meter sprint rest 90 sec x5
