    80 air squat and jump to touch object 6 inches above reach
    70 toes to bar
    60 walking lunge steps
    50 chest to bar
    40 dumbell deadlifts 45s/25s
    30 burpees
    20 pistols
    10 shoulder to overhead 205/135
